Who Are We?

The Deal

Black Stone Realty Referral Associates are not a part of the Board of Realtors or the MLS.
When you transfer your license to Black Stone, you can still retain revenue without paying the extensive associated fees.

That's right - no Board or MLS fees!

The Team

Most of our members have other full time jobs, are retirees, or former full time agents.

You'll have the freedom to work wherever you want, whenever you want, with no pressure of a sales quota.

The Process

Just notify us of the potential prospect looking to buy or sell - locally or internationally! We'll match your prospect with the right Broker and full-time Realtor, who will handle the entire transaction. Once the transaction closes, that Broker will pay us a "referral fee" - 25% of the gross commission! (US)

Black Stone specializes in real estate referrals. We can find the top agents in each market to make sure your referral is in the right hands. If you have an agent that you would like to use, we are happy to work with them just as long as they are okay with our referral fee.

You will receive your referral fee once the customer you referred closes their real estate transaction. Keep in mind, we refer to the top Brokers in the market!

A Little History

Dave Perkins, Broker

Dave began his career as an agent before moving on to manage a large multi-office real estate company in NE Ohio. Over the next 10 years, he became a regional manager and ultimately a Vice President of the company. He would go on to work with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation as a Regional V.P. for NE Ohio and finally as a V.P. for the Century21 Corporation, before creating N.E. Ohio’s largest multi-office Prudential Real Estate Company in 2002.

The real estate industry is constantly changing and evolving, more so over the last 10 years than ever before. Real estate associates make difficult decisions each day, especially when it comes to issues like, “What should I do about my real estate license now that I am no longer active?” Most agents are not ready to give up their licenses, as they have worked so hard over the years to build and maintain a valuable sphere of clientele.

As an active broker for many years in Ohio, Dave understood the challenge of this decision and decided to create Black Stone Realty Referral Associates as an alternative. Instead of losing their license, an agent can retain and grow their production. Black Stone is organized to provide on-going communication with the agent based upon their status and support requirements.
